What is the St. Monica Merry Market?
One of our beloved traditions, the St. Monica Merry Market is a festive shopping event that brings together our entire community in the spirit of the holiday season. Hosted annually on the Thursday after Thanksgiving, this cherished fundraiser directly benefits our St. Monica PTO, which in turn supports the annual Christmas Purse. The Christmas Purse is a heartfelt token of gratitude for our incredible teachers and staff who give so much to our children throughout the year. Whether a longtime attendee, or a first-time visitor, the St. Monica Merry Market is a joyful expression of the shared commitment to generosity, gratitude, and togetherness that makes our community so special.

The Merry Market welcomes parishioners, school families, and friends from across the area to come together and kick off the holiday season. Held in our Family Center, guests can shop from more than 70 local artisans and small businesses, each offering a curated selection of holiday decor, gifts, accessories, gourmet treats, and so much more. Join us on Thursday, December 3 from 5-9 pm, to support local vendors while finding unique items for everyone on your list. Guests will enjoy complimentary valet parking and holiday libations while shopping!
